Include your iPhone or Android device model, iOS or Android version, MIDPOINT version and build, what you expected and what happened. If you are using a private test version, say whether it came from TestFlight or Google Play. For a Campaign issue, include the level name and number. For a Daily or ranking issue, include the challenge date, whether you were online and any message shown. A screenshot is useful when safe to share.

Never send your Apple or Google Account password, sign-in token, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

Buying or restoring the expansion

250 levels. The first 100 are free. No ads or subscriptions. One purchase unlocks the other 150 levels. Trial and Daily remain free. On either platform, open Settings → Expansion → Purchase, then tap the displayed price beneath “Unlock 150 more levels.” The App Store or Google Play shows its purchase sheet before you confirm. Once ownership is verified, Expansion shows Owned · View.

To restore, open Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases while connected to the internet. On iPhone, check that the App Store uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. On Android, check that Google Play uses the Google account that made the purchase. The account used for Android Daily ranking does not grant purchase ownership. Purchases do not transfer between Google Play and the App Store.

If a purchase is pending, cancelled or unverified, it does not grant new access. If the store is unavailable or no previous purchase is found, check the purchase account and connection, then try Restore purchases again. Contact us if access is still missing.

Restore restores purchase access, not Campaign progress or History. Previously verified access can remain available offline, but a new purchase or restore needs the relevant store service. A refunded or revoked purchase can remove access to purchased levels without erasing their local progress.

For billing or refund help, use Apple billing support or Google Play refund help, or contact us about missing access. Do not delete the app or clear its storage as a first troubleshooting step: that can remove your local progress.

Progress and changing devices

Campaign progress and personal History are stored locally. MIDPOINT has no cloud save or progress sync, and support cannot restore a save from a MIDPOINT server. Apple device backup and restore may operate separately. On Android, MIDPOINT excludes its app data from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer.

On a compatible device using the same store and purchase account, connect to the internet and use Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases to recover expansion access. This does not transfer your progress or History. Google Play ownership cannot be restored through the App Store, or vice versa.

Daily and iPhone Game Center

Daily can be played locally without an account or internet connection. On iPhone, connect only if you want Apple Game Center ranking. Complete Daily’s ten rounds, then choose Leaderboard on the result. Cancelling sign-in or being offline does not block the game.

An internet connection and available Game Center service are needed to submit scores or load current ranks. Check your Game Center sign-in and account restrictions if ranking is unavailable. A sparse Friends board may simply mean there are no eligible friends’ entries to show.

Daily ranking uses a UTC day, which can turn over at a different local time. Delayed submissions are subject to the challenge’s validity window; a local completed result does not guarantee that Apple accepted a ranking submission. Purchased Campaign levels do not affect Daily scores.

Android Daily ranking

Ranking is optional and separate from Apple Game Center. Complete Daily’s ten rounds and choose Leaderboard on the result, or open Settings → Daily ranking → Account to sign in. Read the explanation, choose Sign in with Google and select your ranking account. You can cancel and keep playing locally. The Android board has Me and Global views; it displays a generated player alias, score and rank, rather than your Google name.

If ranking is unavailable, check your internet connection and any Google account restrictions, sign in again if prompted and use the leaderboard’s retry action. Your first accepted score counts for each UTC challenge day; a later play does not replace it. A completed local result does not guarantee that the online service accepted a score. Online scores expire 72 hours after that UTC day ends. Ranking does not sync progress, and expansion ownership does not change Daily scores.

To sign out or delete online ranking data, open Settings → Daily ranking → Account. If prompted, sign in, then open Account again to reach its controls. Choose Sign out, or choose Delete ranking data and confirm Delete. Signing out alone does not delete scores. Local progress and History are unaffected. You can also use the external deletion page without installing or opening the app; read the privacy notice for deletion and backup periods.

Privacy and analytics

For Android ranking account and score deletion, including after uninstalling the app, use Delete Android ranking data. Sign in with the Google account used for ranking and confirm deletion. Your local progress and History stay on your device. Never email your password or sign-in token.

For privacy questions or applicable rights requests, email privacy@playmidpoint.com and read the privacy notice.

MIDPOINT’s own Measurement analytics transmission is disabled in this release. On Android, Google’s Play Billing library automatically sends operational diagnostics, SDK session identifiers and device, software and network metadata to Google when the app checks or manages expansion access, including when the app opens before a purchase. See the privacy notice for details. Game Center and App Store purchases are separate Apple services.
